This policy applies to the use of the T-ON FITNESS app and other products and services developed and/or distributed by T-ON (hereinafter referred to as "T-ON" or "we"). We manage your data. Our registered office is located at 80, Namak 3-ro, Samhyang-eup, Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do, South Korea, and we are a company registered in Korea with company number 1599-0578.
This Privacy Policy applies to the T-ON FITNESS app. This includes features related to the game, our website (http://vr.tioncare.com/), and in this document, we refer to them collectively as "products."

At T-ON, we value your contributions, customizations, and feedback. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your "personal information" (if any) and activity data when you use our game or access our website.
We will strictly adhere to all relevant legal requirements regarding how we handle your personal information and respond to requests for access and correction. In cases of inconsistency, legal requirements will take precedence over the provisions of this document.
1. Data Collection
· Platform User Information
We collect and temporarily use your platform username, platform user ID, platform profile picture, and platform user age group only when necessary. (See the purpose of data collection below)
· Activity Information
T-ON FITNESS products collect general information about how you use and interact with the content during gameplay. All such information is used internally to enhance user experience and better understand how our products are used. This data includes:
1. Platform username
2. Platform ID
3. Platform profile image
4. Platform user age group
5. T-ON CARE APP ID
6. Data related to your account and game progress—episode clear records, stage clear records, mission clear records, playtime
7. User exercise-related records—judgment records during exercise actions (Perfect, Good, Miss, Fail)
8. Exercise-related information such as calorie consumption data (estimates only, not collected using medical devices) : Total Kcal, Kcal
9. Your IP address and mobile device identifiers (e.g., device ID, advertising ID, MAC address, IMEI), device name, operating system, browser type, and language.
· Cookies: T-ON does not use cookies and does not track your movements on the web.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
· Platform Username
We collect your platform username to grant in-app purchase permissions. The username data is not retained outside of the purchase authorization process.
· Platform User ID
We collect your platform user ID to grant in-app purchase permissions. The user ID data is not retained outside of the purchase authorization process.
· Platform User Profile Picture
We collect your platform profile picture to grant in-app purchase permissions. The profile picture data is not retained outside of the purchase authorization process.
· Platform User Age Group
We collect your age group to verify whether you are under or over 13 years old and to grant in-app purchase permissions. The age group information is not retained outside of the purchase authorization process.
· T-ON CARE APP ID
We collect your T-ON CARE APP ID to match it with your platform account ID. The T-ON CARE APP ID is not used outside of the platform and T-ON CARE APP account matching process.
· Activity Information
T-ON collects information on your activities while using T-ON FITNESS content. All such information is used internally to enhance the user experience and better understand how our products are used. We may process specific information, such as user exercise-related records, to encourage user engagement and recommend personalized workout programs. For example, it is necessary to record your progress and current status within the service to provide appropriate workout programs accordingly.
3. Data Security
The information you provide about your activities is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We do not guarantee the policies of website links and third-party websites, and access to those sites is at your own risk.
4. Accessing, Updating, and Deleting Your Information
Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access, update, or correct the activity information we hold about you. If you wish to access, modify, or delete your activity information, you can request it at any time by emailing us at tion@hmit.kr. T-ON does not charge any fees for access, modification, or deletion requests. Please note that to protect the personal information in our database, we may require you to verify your identity before disclosing any information.
5. Updates to the T-ON Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated periodically. The latest version of our Privacy Policy can always be found on the official T-ON FITNESS website at https://vr.tioncare.com under the Privacy Policy section. We keep this information up-to-date so that you are always informed about what information we collect, how we may use it, and when we may disclose it.

7. Deleting Stored Data
If you wish to delete your activity information from our systems or databases, including (1) your account and game progress data, (2) your IP address and mobile device identifiers (e.g., device ID, advertising ID, MAC address, IMEI), and (3) device-related data such as device name, operating system, browser type, and language, you may request deletion at any time by emailing tion@hmit.kr. There is no fee for data deletion requests.
